Sign Off
Review and approve the final project scope, materials, and contract. Once the proposal is signed, you receive full access to your client portal — your hub for approvals, documents, and project updates.
Pre-Con & Scheduling
We coordinate the crew and submit all required permit applications so everything is in order before day one.
Start
Work begins on schedule. Our licensed team handles every phase — plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry — with ongoing updates through your client portal.
Completion
We do a final walkthrough with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations. Your project is not done until you are completely satisfied.

Black & White did an excellent job repairing my dining room, which was flooded due to a water supply line leak in our master bathroom. I chose Black and White because the consultant was serious and all business. He looked at the crude drawings I wanted of my kitchen and gave me exactly what I wanted. The project manager was absolutely wonderful. At every step of the way I understood the hurdles, he was honest and up front and in a few places saved me money.
